The electronic license management and discipline enforcement solution will provide for the following key benefits:
• Enhanced continuity of data integrity throughout the entire process by aligning with the member board data in Nursys
• Applicants with an online portal to electronically submit applications, verify their license status, and receive alerts and reminders
• Interfacing with Nursys, FITS, NCLEX Administration, and other NCSBN systems
• The comprehensive backup of all data related to licensing, enforcement, and management
Following the Go-Live date on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, Chamorro Standard Time (ChST), applicants will be able to create their accounts through the NMI Nurse Portal.
For applicants who have submitted paper-based applications prior to this date, your data will be entered into the electronic system by the NMI BON staff prior to your examination. However, applicants will still need to create an account to access his/her data.

Applicants are to note that the NMI Nurse Portal works best on a Windows desktop PC or laptop in Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Mobile devices are not supported (for example, phones, iPads, tablets).
